Getting Started With Our New Online System

  Our new software is up and running, and ready for you to take charge of your rental unit!  
To get started, visit the tenant portal: http://bit.ly/2LqlWoT
From there, you can set up your account and start managing your personal / billing information.
 *Be sure to use your unit number (example: M-218) and the gate code 1234 when setting up your account.

The Convenience of Online Bill Paying

With the new system, customers will no longer need to hassle with the added expense of envelopes and stamps or go out of their way to drop off their payment by the office.  After creating an account, customers at
both locations (Mt Pilot Self Storage and Oak Grove Self Storage) ​will be able to securely log on and pay their bills monthly - or even better - set up their account for automatic bill pay and take away the stress of worrying about if you have forgotten to pay your bill or not.  Past invoices can also be accessed for easier record keeping.

*For customers that do not use online bill paying:
please allow up to 3 days for your payment to be processed.*

Keeping Your Information Up-to-Date

Storedge software also allows customers access to their own information so that it can be kept current.  No longer will a customer have to take time away from their own schedule to let management know about address or phone changes.  Simply log into your account and update it yourself.  This feature will better increase communication between the customer and management.
If your unit has been overlocked, please allow up to three days for your overdue payment to be posted to your account.

Reminders
  1.  Rent is due the first of every month.
  2. Payments made after the 10th of the month will be considered late.  You will receive a $5.00 late fee and a red lock on your unit.  If the 10th falls on a weekend locks will be put on that Friday before.
  3. It can take at least 3 days before your payment is processed.  Please call to verify that the red lock has been removed.
  4. NO PRORATES ON MOVING OUT.  You must be out no later than the 3rd.  After the 3rd, you must pay for the whole month.
  5. If you need trash or broken furniture removed, there is a $20 fee for the dump.
  6. DO NOT let your account get past due, 2 or more months behind will automatically put you in the upcoming auction.
  7. Any food in your unit needs to be sealed in a plastic container with a lid.
  8. Any item that could leak any fluid needs to have cardboard or a tarp under the item.
